nwa its not physycs, you can tell.. the balls were still on the ground, and tehre were nothing to calculate at that time.. and framerate dropped as soon as u looked at them. 38-- in crossfire, or a single 48-- would rape that demo :D

Well that's a LOOOOOOOONG story...(It's not worth it believe me)
PLUS the only use of DirectX10.1 for now is running ATi's Ping Pong Demo....

anyone know if it would hurt this video card to run at 183 degree fahrenheit?

@mclane345 I don't have this card anymore now I use 6950 but if I remember it was normal to get REALLY hot for 3870 although you can turn up the fan from ati catalyst that will make it run like 40 Celsius....

BTW I now have a vapor-x 4890 1GB and judging from games this demo will play like super mario.

Do you need to download Vista SP1 for this?

@ElboTheHedgehog yes

You can easily Download in in the HD3000 Section on the ATI HomePage (Google: AMD PING POING Download).
I've tryed it on a HD3870 from Sapphire, a E8200 Intel C2D and 4 Gigabyte Ram. Same Setting BUT with 8000 instead of 2000 Balls.
Runs great @30 Frames.

You're right... (I thought he was talking about directX10.1 and Service Pack1)
P.S. It lags like S**T with 10000 balls (due to physics) if you see later on the video but anyway...
