Actually Jack doesn't talk here he's just doing some jestures look at 0:11 - 0:12 the girl presses a button before Jack speaks. :/

Do any of you remember that commercial where Jack ripped his sleeves off? If so, is that the same guy that voices jack or did they get a stunt guy?
