HAWX Cockpit View - Assistance Off

A quick video to demonstrate that the game can run perfectly fine from the cockpit with Assistance Off.

Actual gameplay done with Assistance Off view, cockpit view works perfectly fine in replay.

can i change to the view in 2:24 when i'm playing and does the things inside the cockpit work?? or its like stuck there and doesn't work?

That's just the replay camera. The replay camera lets you go from the wide angle, to the chase view, to the first person, to cockpit view. Basically all four major view modes.

Whole reason I made the video was to show that it was not only perfectly possible for the cockpit camera to be used during the Assistance Off stuff but that it was also fully possible to track the action during it.

anyone having problems with the cockpit view such as hippy colors? mine was running fine and then I went ahead and updated my xfx 4890 and thats when it happened.

Yeah but it's not meant to be "realstick", it's meant to be really good fun, and that's exactly what it is.

Yeah, it's a great game just to have fun without all the ralism but it would be even greater if you could use ass. off mode and a cockpit view while flying.

I finished all the missions that come with the game :-(

I prefer Falcon 4.0 with some of the community mods when I need a proper realism kick. (full ramp start, etc.). I can deal with the missile count but I'd like a game that at least feigns a modicum of realism.
