  • @chris6878 that is fantastic, and i realise that is true

however they also hold ur junk in place

seriously go for a run in a pair, ull see they hold it

unless urs dont fill them in so they might not be tight ;P

  • @SoBoredIMakeVideos Ive tried. My stomach started to hurt cause of all the movement.

  • @chris6878 wow k u dont have to be a douche. i was just making a comment. thats what the compression shorts are for, to hold you package in place. wearing a joke strap, if anything, would slow you down. why do u think they are so tight? get ur facts right and stop being an ass

  • @SoBoredIMakeVideos OK young punk. You come on my page stating your ignorant opinions like they are facts. Jock straps slow you down? Says who? All the millions of football, soccer, baseball and basketball players around the world? Or maybe the track athletes who dont wear compression shorts. What do they wear? You say ignorant shit you get an ignorant response. Next time say "IMO i dont like jock straps"

  • @SoBoredIMakeVideos compression shorts are athletic support garments for the lower body that compresses the muscles and transfers its stored elastic energy onto the surface of the muscles of the wearer. It assists muscle flexion and absorbs the fatigue, shock and vibration that your muscles normally absorb through competitive use.

  • @isoloedyourmum you dont wear anything underneath, they are compression shorts. I wear them for highschool track and field and you just wear them. Certainly not a jock strap, that would be weird. @chris6878 sorry thats not right, but great vid

  • @SoBoredIMakeVideos lol ok lil kid. Well I assume you have not grown into your manhood yet. I have to wear something to contain my massive package when running.

  • @UsainBolt43 Asafa generally is the most consistent fast starter. I would consider him the best in the world. Bolt showed he could start in the world championships. He beat everyone out the blocks in the final, but he is not consistent.

  • Asafa Powell's start is Usain Bolts aim!

  • COOL RUNNINGS!!!!!!!

  • @MrBusunglueck Oh really? Thanks for informing me, I didn't have a clue Haha

  • @MultiWef well no actually i dont see that as beeing a mistake. at the beginning of the season( lets say januar) so when they start to do trackwork again he is draging his toe on purpose. then later in the season hell stop doing that and he will just start normally without the toe drag in his mind. and thats when all comes together and he is very low to the track with his foot. so at first he is doing it on purpose to "learn" getting his foot close to the ground

  • @MrBusunglueck With your response concerning the toe drag, Asafa is not purposely doing the 'toe drag' its just that he needs to get his foot as low to the track as possible yet have a long first step as you rightly said during the drive phrase, So in many ways Asafa made a mistake which cost him some time

  • you surely don't have to wear underwear underneath the compression shorts!

  • can i get a copy of this video?

  • Perfect!

  • best starter in the world

  • @razorboy6666 well ill try. the toe drag is actually not a toe drag. that is just something that happens sometimes because when the athlete( asafa in this case) is leaving the block his purpose is to make the longest first step he can without overstriding. thats why he waits until he touches the ground with the second leg until he is pulling the front leg back to make another stride

  • Does anyone know the reason behind the toe dragging some top sprinters do on starting
