The dixiecrats is doing this on purpose to obama. Retiring is a way for them to say to obama, "FUCK YOU NIGGA AND YA WATER DOWN HEALTH CARE REFORM." Obama is wasting his time fighting for a bill the dems will kill with a snap of a finger. One thing is for sure, no health care, no re-election. And the way things are looking, the dems will have another defeat come nov and obama will get his ass kicked come 2012.

Yeah, put out the facts, and then force the Senators to vote. I can guarantee the Blue-Dogs will buckle under pressure, and they will not have the balls to vote against the overwhelming majority of their own party.
If they vote against the Public Option, they will be stuck between a rock and nowhere. They'll have support from neither Republicans, nor Democrats. They will basically be fucked in November.
Right now, this is a Mexican stand-off, and someone needs to step-up. *cough Obama*

Just get it done. Weiner is spot on here....let it rest on the shoulders of the Senate. If Stupid-ak is so bloody minded then let he defeat of the public option rest on his shoulders. Maybe it's time to launch more progressives into the senate just like their doing in Arkansas against Blanche Lincoln.
