Organizers of the "LunchBox Brigade" Mike and Kim, as well as a large group of volunteers every Christmas Eve devote their time for others. They make sandwiches and chili for the residents of Vancouver's downtown east side and the community drop in centres

There is no written down list of volunteers.... who pledged to make it. There is no donation bin. In fact to even give a donation, you've got to track down Mike. It is a miraculous getting together of people who have no expectation of reward, they just want to give of themselves and help.

The volunteers of the LunchBox Brigade are truly an example of the spirit of giving.
