It has a 13th floor (gasp).

when I went in August, these elevators were not modernized, and the hall bells are the same to let you know, they just changed the controller, replaced the buttons, and changed the floor indicator and floor-passing chime

I took a ride on these again today. We got stuck on 23 for a few minutes. Doors wouldn't open and the nudge buzzer was on. Then they opened and closed, but the car didn't move.
