my wife and i did this trip. the web site says 6 easy miles. b.s.! we found it's 9 just to the scout site and another 3 to parsons. But it was so great! I casted out a pole, put it in a pole holder and was hooked up before I made it up the sand to put up my tent. 24" halibut became dinner. we had the entire streatch of beach to our selves for 2 days. wonderful!

ive been wanting to take that same trip, the exact same way , but didnt want to do it by myself. ive even got all the backpacking gear, too. great video guys!!!!
