It is pragmatic, efficient, and follows the fundamental laws of motion. It is based on the idea that most movements follow certain distinct attack paths, and it seeks to find the most EFFICIENT way of attacking and counter attacking.

@AzileNef I've seen the film and it has some pretty good fighting. This scene is just some training, but there's a good deal more sword fighting, and the one at the end between the young guy and the main bad guy is really good. I wouldn't say the film is that good overall, but still, if you're a fan of sword fighting movies and historical films, I'd recommend checking it out.
