  • jim'll Savill looks quite normal for a change at the end of this clip XD

  • @anonUK If it's all the same, I'll take STEPHANIE Powers from 1974, thanks ;-)

  • @StavrosIII

    Austin Powers, anyone?

  • My mates and I thought this was a particularly uncool tune for the intro, but then not many people in the BBC had any idea about popular music back then - John Peel and a handful of others did, but that was about it.

  • yes IIIIIIIIIIIIIII

  • @TogieTung WTF is all this 101 lark? You a Yank?

  • I have to ask - why do you even have this bit of the show!!?? Must have been something elseon worth taping!!

  • i miss them days and my family who were around then

  • Bloody Hell..........Bang! Im back in 1970/1....I used to watch this with my Cousins, on a B/W Pye dual standard tv set. I remember it working only on 625?

Great programme, unmissable along with Dr. Who in the 1970s.

  • Yes, however, my favourite intro has to be the one with the psychedelic numbers.
