I have tried to use the adc on the pic16f690 using assembler language and cannot get it to work, do you know of any tutorials that may help?

hi i'm interested in this experience, i would like to know the complete C code to compile and program the PIC.
the guide on the pickit2 is written in asm, and i can only work with C leanguage.
