  • I am a Korean adoptee. My parents are both white and they raised me the best they could. However, they had no friends of color, let alone Korean friends. I was not around other people of color therefore I tried to assimilate into my surroundings which was "white" because I didn't want to be different. So if you see signs of this where your child doesn't want to hang out with other people of color, try to change that or they will go through an immense struggle. Good Luck

  • god bless you~!!!

  • so sweet. foster mom looks like she's about to break down. that must be so hard.

  • @kurtis8478 yes, and try to keep their birth name if you can, even if it's just as a middle name, they may choose to use it and that will be a big connection, and eat Korean food as much as you can, at home and out!

  • this is an amazing video. :)

by the way, what's the name of the song played during the first meeting of losiah called? i've been searching for it forever!

  • Oh my gosshh!!!

Okay the whole video made me cry!! :(i love this

  • @kurtis8478 That is a really good advice that you could ever give someone. It is important to know and understand how you son or daughter will feel ''out'' there in the crowd. But by the looks of this little boy, he will be just fine out there in the Real World.. he has a great personality! and I am dying to see how he will be when he gets a wee bit older!!

    :) Keep rocking out Buddie!

  • u guys literally inspire me. It really does seem like he has changed your life. :)

  • I am not a korean adoptee but great stuff on the adoption. America is the bessstest ever!!

  • I cried. This is so beautiful. God bless...!<3

  • why didn't you let him be a single lady?

  • It would be nice if white nations, including America wouldn't discourage non white parent applications.
