This is the absolute last thing that the world needs. This is flagrant support of frivolous lawsuits. These lawsuits are destroying the economy and we are all suffering for it. One example is the light aviation industry. In the 80's all small aircraft manufactures stopped making aircraft because of litigation.
It wasn't until limitations on law suits were enacted that small aircraft were made again.
