  • @BoggsDiamond i believe she refers to it from an energetic perspective mostly and it makes sense that way From circulatory point of view a slow/bad circulation would be better helped that way i guess -2 go slowly if we care about details-or at most it would b totally irrelevant She is not reffering to the kind of stagnation u describe but that at a bad slow circulation there is no point to rush all the blood from down

  • @delagrazia yah the only thing , is if your blood doesnt continue to move toward the heart then away the blood would clot and cause death. what she is claiming is not true.
