The self addressed envelope option for Canada is $3. US Postal Service will not accept Canadian Postage, so the third dollar covers the postage cost to Canada from the US. In the US it's $2 becuase if you send a self-addressed STAMPED envelope, then the postage cost is covered already.

If you send an envelope that has a Canadian stamp on it, The Post Office will reject it and I'll have to buy postage for it. The $3 can be Canadian, though.

Canadian postage is unacceptable, as far as I know, so it takes $3 total (Can or US, either one) I have to cover the postage rate for Canada. Expect delays from the strike

The compressor looks like a repurposed aircraft engine ! I wonder how hard it would be to firing on 6 cyclinders ? I think it might make a cool project !
