  • I have always had GAD and I completely agree with all of your anti-anxiety techniques! I recently got off of Lexapro after being on it for almost 4 years and my anxiety is back to its old self again. These techniques help so much! Thank you for sharing and good look controlling your anxiety!

  • I only had 2 days at work last week but because I was off for a week before that I found it a hard week - this vidoe helped me out this weekend with the negative-head that was slipping on me

  • Things that I find that help combined together:

    -St.John's Wort tea

    -swimming

    -talking

    -homepathy

    -meditation

    -visualisations

    -affirmations

    -massage with meridian and chakra treatment

    - law of attraction
