Very nice. All very good suggestions. Meditation, even for a few minutes every day, can make a world of difference too. This goes along with your statement about the nervous system and the need to soothe it. I recommend a book by Victor Davich entitled, 8-Minute Meditation. Everyone should be able to spare 8 minutes each day. Give it a shot. God bless and best wishes in overcoming your anxiety.
yes but I would only take it for acute attacks. I will not take it daily. You should speak to your doctor about which meds are right for YOU and YOUR circumstances.
