pull the battery out ur mobo to reset the bios and the put it back in start it up go into the bios leave the CPU frequency alone and sort out the clock etc

@boricuandragon F13 only exists on a Mac you twit, and those are rare... ish anyway to find.

@MrSham3less For what you want to do, I don't know how that would work. I think it depends on the type of computer you have, whether is a pc or a mac. Google it and see if you can find help on that matter. It is my best advise.

@shadowk33 man your bios chip is program dead.........bios updation if not done properly will clear the o;d program.......u hav to replace it with a programmed and compatible bios chip with your board or replace your board
