First know, I am a Christian. I am not attacking the Christian faith, but I am strongly objecting to how more and more Christians are treating nonbelievers.
This is my response to what I see as more and more judgmental Christians out there who seems to think they are something special and snub those that aren't believers. The only people Jesus ever blasted were the religious leaders of His time. They put Him down for hanging out with 'sinners', for eating with them, for even being around them, yet Christ said He came not for the righteous but for the sinners of which we all are. The only difference between us and others is we are saved sinners. Of course we strife to be Christ like and through the Holy Spirit many of those sins are gone but we commit one of the worse sins by driving people away by being hateful towards them! Jesus said the world would hate us for loving Him...but is that the reason you are hated? Or its it because you bully and put down others and try to dictate their lives?
If you notice the Jews were being run by the worse nation in the world, Rome, yet Jesus did nothing to try to change Rome. He never fought against it, never ranted about their pagan gods, nor how badly they treated the Jews...why was that? Because change comes through the heart first. Eventually Rome fell, due to changed hearts but not by bullying or forcing their ways on them. We cannot ignore the teachings of Christ to love others, even our enemies saying well He is going to judge the world's sins and smite 'the wicked'! If He does, that is for Him alone to do...not us. I do not see one verse in the bible that says we have the right to past judgment on others or condemn them either.
Christians are becoming lost themselves and hearing too many Christian leaders telling us to 'fight back' and do this and that and we have gone past the defense mode, to the attack mode and this goes against everything Christ taught us.
Too many have become just plain hateful, twisting scriptures to justify it. The bible only says we can judge other Christians, NOT outsiders. The only one worthy of judging is Christ Himself...not one of us can judge others salvation.
I realize Christians get worn down by the attacks we encounter constantly on the net and at times in our day to day lives, but you cannot assume everyone is out to attack your faith and be so defensive all the time. Approach those that do want to know more with love and kindness! You are representing Christ in everything you do. This is in the bible. One day you will have to give an account for how you treated people. I think this is something that oughta cause alot of trembling knees...
The song is just the chorus of "Love them like Jesus" by Casting Crowns.

I get the point of your video. Very nice. Good job :) Unfortunately, though, all throughout the Old Testament, 'God' gives clear directions to 'Moses' and his 'Chosen People' to destroy and kill all who do not follow 'Him' - The 'God' of Christianity. Check out Deuteronomy 17, and Exodus 14:25-29. I understand there are kind, loving Christians... I just don't know why you can't give yourself the credit, as you're actually going against what your 'god' instructs. "He" is wrong, YOU'RE RIGHT. Love

@eajoseph217 Thanks for your comment but I am confused...the Exodus 14:25-29 is Moses leading his people who were slaves out of Egyptians and the Egyptians were chasing them to kill them and bring those that survived back to Egypt as slaves. This passage is the parting on the sea so the Hebrews could escape from them. The Deuteronomy 17 is just rules and laws the Hebrews were to follow..I didn't see anything about killing those that don't believe. Even in the OT God teaches them to love others

@moonglow38 Hi! Sorry if my reference was a little vague.Exodus 14 speaks of how God opened the waters for his people to go through, then closes them up and drowns the Egyptians. It's actually pretty graphic as to how the chariots, and their drivers, were destroyed. I'm reading the Bible. I've made to Numbers, thus far, but I've highlighted many an instance where people are to be treated as property/murdered&diseased by God for not believing... Let alone the rape and ownership of young girls.

@eajoseph217 .. And it's all directed by God, himself. :/ Trust me, I was Catholic for most of my life. However, I always questioned (even as a child) how a 'loving' God could send the very people he created - whom he says he 'loves' - to hell. Then, I came across Christians who said "if you don't believe as I do, you're gonna burn!!!".. Yet they can't even agree among themselves. Even IF God DId exist, I don't think I'd want to hang out with him. After the Bible, I'll read the Qu'ran and Torah.

@eajoseph217 Most people I have run into that end up rejecting God were Catholics...I think its because they don't teach the bible but focus more on the pope's teaching. You will notice that the bible doesn't say to pray to Mary or other saints and they will deliver your prayers to God. In fact Jesus says to pray to God alone. I am truly sorry you have ran into Christians that say that! They are wrong and distort the scriptures which is why I make these video's.

@eajoseph217 Exodus 14: 28 Then the waters returned and covered the chariots, the horsemen, and all the army of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them. Not so much as one of them remained.
You think that is pretty graphic? A bit further it says the Hebrews saw the bodies of the Egyptians. That is about it. The thing I don't understand it why you would side with those that drowned the Hebrews baby boys as we read in the first chapter of Exodus, and have the Hebrews as slaves that they beat?

@eajoseph217 yesterday youtube wouldn't let me post again for some reason. But I wanted to say first I find it sad you are highlighting areas of the bible where you feel God is unjust..its rather difficult to understand what is going on without being taught about those things. A free online bible commentary would help. For instance no God doesn't tell His people to rape young girls..that is assumed by atheists. Also check out CARM and A Christian think tank online.
