Actually the Dutch people, the French and Germans too (and the Czech people too I think?!?) are against the treaty too, it's not just us. The difference is that their governments ignored them. Our politicians would not dare to ignore our right to a referendum. Yes the LEADERS of the European countries accepted it...that does not mean the people have. I'm going out tomorrow and voting no....even though I feel defeated with the excellent Yes campaign, funded by Europe of course.

It's fucking simple, it's basic politics. It amazes me how many Europeans fail to understand this.
Big government = less power for the people. More power to the government.
Anyone who thinks the EU must live under a rock. The EU is a war machine. Ask those in the Middle east, South America and Asia what they think of the EU. I dare you.
