oh cmon use you hands! and STUFF that turkey! Everyone is so afraid to stuff turkeys. PAck that stuff in pretty tight. it becomes a lovely thing when its all done baking..

This is a very good video, but I would say that the camera person should be more focused on the tasks that the chef is doing rather than always focusing on her face. At the least, always have the turkey and chef in the shot at all times. Just a suggestion. I like the chef, by the way. She's very informative :)
