Whoa that sounds awesome, definately want to try CX. What has your eating been like?

That is so awsome. No weight loss but a lot of inch loss! Way to go. I first discovered this in my late teens that you can loose weight/inches without the scale moving when you change your body composition. Keep up good work.

Yes I gave my dad P90X. CX sounds more like my type of workout. I have watched your other video's and you said Chalene does multiple muscle groups which is what I like more than separating them. Bleh. didn't like that on P90x. So i gave it to my dad. He likes it. I am still on the fence about this program Really a matter of I need to get more money to buy it . thanks for the info.

Hi, I was wondering when you are you going to post another video update. I always looked forward to them. Thanks.

yoga mat sliding, they make a mat at sears, that is really for a router, it is to hold a piece of wood in place while you router it, it may be what you need lacy stover wv p90x
As far as the yoga mat goes only use it when you are laying on the floor, like for Ab burner or the recharge only. Notice that they do not use a mat during any of the strength or cardio videos except to put the wights on. Good luck, I just started week 2 and I love ChaLean also!!! If you are worried about marking up the floor, you have two options, 1 get non marking sole sneakers, 2 Mr. Clean magic eraser. Thanks for sharing!

Oh no no no no no no NEVER ever ever EVER use magic eraser on hardwood floors or wood anything! It will take the finish right off and you will be left with a big dull spot on the floor that now has to be sanded and refinished and will never match again. I'm not talking about marks..I'm talking about ruining the finish on my floors. I have brand new finished hardwood and working out in the same place will quickly make them ruined new hardwood floors. I will stick with the yoga mat, thanks.

question for you -- did you take any time off between burn & push phase? just curious as i'm about to start push phase and wanted to know whether to take time off or keep on staying the course.

I did! I took five days off inbetween burn & push, and I will take five days off inbetween push and lean. You should always give yourself a few days of rest for every 4-5 weeks of strength training so your muscles can fully repair themselves. Chalene said she didn't build in a rest week, because life gives us rest weeks. I recommend one.

Hi! Just wondering, are you still doing p90x or have you moved to chalean? I know on you're previous posts you stated that you were doing chalean too...but if your doing both I have to say "you go girl!" :D Keep bringing it whichever way!

whoooo no, kill me now if I'm doing both Chalean and P90X! hah I loaned P90X out to a friend and I'm focusing strictly on CE. I did about 6 weeks of the X before switching over
