SiOC Awards Video 2007

The California State Information Officer's Council (SiOC) hosts an annual award ceremony for California State Agencies and Public Information Officer's. As a student from CSU, Sacramento I and three colleagues in the communication studies class 158 were assigned to organize and facilitate the SiOC awards for 2007.

Among many other tasks and responsibilities, I created this video to be shown at the start of the event.
