San Da (San Shau) Chinese kickboxing. Brooklyn Monk, Antonio Graceffo, meets with Sifu Alex and trainer Ng M Kwan of the Five Ancestors Fist in Selangor, Malaysia. The Sifu and his lead fighter, Raymond Tiew, teach Antonio some of the basics of this Chinese combat sport, which includes kicking, punching, and throwing. Stand up grappling, throwing, is a huge component of San Da. "Every few years I find a martial art that I love and want to continue with: Bokator, Chaiya, Kalam, Kyokushin, and now San Da." Antonio.
