CORE Condition is the fastest growing women's fitness bootcamp system in Orange County, designed specifically for women to get them in the best shape as quickly, safely and enjoyably as possible. It is a five-day-per-week program, consisting of three days of "focused training" and two days of "supportive training." CORE stands for Calisthenics & Obstacle courses, Resistance training and Endurance training, which are the three main focuses of the program and are cycled every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, respectively. Tuesdays and Thursdays focus on both core and conditioning training.
