Yeah, Mike from Oceansize did chose the setlist, hence the immenseness. What you probably don't notice in this is that Simon forgot the lyrics and Mike puts them down on the stage, it's a bit too dark to see on the video.

I was making a point that its obviously about his ex. And sarcasticly saying the lyric "I still feel the pain in my heart" was referring to a heart attack.
