do not trust this "italian" "chef" and his pseudo restaurants!
here is the only good italian you can have in uk: giorgio locatelli....the rest is rubbish...like zilly

The guy in the green t-shirt won at Zilli's Chef Factor, although he didn't stick around long. According to Restaurant magazine, green t-shirt guy left after just two weeks. "He was slow," said Zilli. "And I threw something at him."
So SamEmmerton, the restaurant may be crap, but at least the 'celebrity' chef is gaining a good few column inches with his bizarre hiring methods...

zilli is such an ass hole , he was really horrible to that woman , it's funny really because I pass that restaurant in Brighton everyday as I work right next to it and the fact is , its so not busy and must be loosing money !! also my friend ate in there and the staff were very rude and they could not even heat up a jacket potato !! , He ain't no Gordon Ramsey !!!
