He is just marvellous. Have been on one of his concerts . Just love his playing and his interpretation of Violinmusic. He is really a musical genius.

Players like Apap are the only true hope for keeping broad interest in classical music alive. - Such passion! Such whimsy !
His intonation is a bit questionable, otherwise I'd rate him as one of the top 2-3 violinists alive. I have all of the "Transylvanian Mountain Boys" albums. Incredible stuff.

Here we are. This man is full of colour. So daring in his performance. Absolutely wonderful. He plays directly from the heart. Some of the other modern modern players could learn a few things from Giles Apap

I have never seen him playing by notes. He seem to know every piece in his mind. He plays with such empathy. By the way, I have never heard such vivid classical music.
