  • But to address the heart of your claim, which is that LDS speakers take scripture out of context, I'd argue that prophetic interpretation of context, intent, meaning, etc. trumps any concordance in print.

  • Pretty funny. It's a common practice for some in congregations to look up referenced scriptures during sermon or whenever. In 40+ years I've never noticed any noisy flipping of pages - ever. What a silly argument.

Mormons do take scriptures out of context all the time; case in point: "you are gods" in Psalms, quoted again in gospel. Read in context and you'll find that its an ironical reference. They were judges, acting in God's stead, but were getting above themselves. Read the whole thing.

  • awesome videos mate !!!!

  • I have posted it, I know where it is, I´l send it to you... but since you have seen it, why bother with this discussion?

  • "you have no clue dude... read his book,"

maybe I can donate money to his coffers too?

" then watch the episode where his family where on the show"

I have, I noticed that you haven't posted it though...why is that?

  • you have no clue dude... read his book, then watch the episode where his family where on the show... you probably mist some key facts... But why even discuss it - it has no relevance, does it? You are wrong, but there is no need to go back and forth..

  • you are wrong, sorry... I posted where he said that he was excommunicated..

  • "There is almost always unresolved transgression in these cases."

in one of his videos he and his wife talk about what an angry man he used to be.

Just so you know, his wife and 3 daughters attend LDS church. His one daughter will have nothing to do with his ministry and the other two are luke warm.
