Perhaps, but I do an awful lot of camping and dutch oven cooking enough to know that a dutch oven that is THAT rusted, has not been properly taken care of! Dutch ovens should NEVER be in that state of rust/neglect. It's time for long over-due sand blasting and re-seasoning!
