Rachel Maddow explains why the Republican Party is going to have to leave their proverbial bubble to remain viable. She pleads with them to do so.
She professes Evolution is a thing.
Ohio really did go to the President Barack Obama last night.
And he really did win.
And he really was born in Hawaii.
And he really is -legitimately- President of the United States.
Again.
And the Bureau of Labor Statistics did not make-up a fake unemployment rate last month.
And the Congressional Research Service really can find no evidence
That cutting taxes on rich people grows the economy.
And the polls were not skewed to over-sample Democrats.
And Nate Silver was not making up fake projections about the election
To make conservatives feel bad.
He was doing math.
And climate change is real.
And rape really does cause pregnancy sometimes.
And evolution is a thing.
And Benghazi was an attack on us.
It was not a scandal by us.
And no one is taking away anyone's guns.
And taxes haven't gone up.
And the deficit is dropping, actually.
And Saddam Hussein didn't have weapons of mass destruction.
And the moon landing was real.
And FEMA isn't building concentration camps.
And UN election observers aren't taking over Texas.
And moderate reforms of the regulations on the insurance industry
And the financial services industry
Are not the same thing as communism.
Listen.

It was definitely Rachel at her finest. I kept that in my DVR queue for several weeks, in case I wanted to watch it. We really dodged a bullet this election season.

She's not a journalist. She's a television host, a political commentator and an author. And she's very good at what she does xD.

Is she really a journalist? Sorry, I usually watch abc, but she is quite obviously incredibly biased.

Rachel, oh Rachel, I would love to have you over some fine night for creme brulee. I make an awesome one. It makes me sad that almost six months later, the GOP still totally doesn't get why they lost that night. You can't solve a problem if you can't even see the problem when it's writ in giant neon letters across the wall. Rachel, you called it, you knew, and it's their loss if they refuse to listen.

And guess what? The democratic party and the republican party through the last 150 years have been like a 1v1 real time strategy game where neither player knows how to defend. What happened, was in the 1950's, southern democrats invaded the republican party while northern republicans invaded the democratic party. The result is the two parties since then are the exact OPPOSITE of how they were during the civil war era. Today, you'd see Lincoln in blue, not red.

How were the Republicans helping the working class? Give actual facts, not policy statements.
