I don't speak chinese, but I think the host of the show is simply demonstrating different Ultra Mobile Personal Computers on their performance when playing 720P high definition RMVB movies. The movie clearly shows that the movie scenes do not sync between the different UMPCs.

summary/conclusion:
video host says that there's some slow down in video playback on the acer aspire one, gigabyte, and wind. possibly due to the 1.6 ghz atom. no slowdown seen in the eeepc possibly because it runs the 900 mhz celeron
