As the U.S prepares to send more troops to the war in Afghanistan, Barack Obama's in Norway to receive his Nobel Peace Prize, awarded in October. The Nobel Committee said it wanted to praise Obama's efforts to strengthen diplomacy and co-operation between nations. But for many, the 44th U.S. president was a surprise choice. Republican Congressman Ron Paul says Obama's recent war plans show he shouldn't have been awarded the peace prize

  • Ron Paul - one of the few honest politicians left....

  • Completely stupid award that doesn't mean anything. And he had the cheek to accept it knowing what he has in store. Ron Paul should be getting awards for 'telling truth'

  • mass murder war criminals

    run..........but you can't hide

  • his peace prize is a fucking joke what kind of fucking moron appointed him for any kind of PRIZE

  • @tnoyy34rt democrats are actually the spenders, republicans are suppose to be the "limited government" (less spending) guys, but ron paul is the only rep. to talk about limited government, and ralph nader is the only liberal to talk about it. so you really aren't sure about anything are you? big spending republicans? lol its like pro-wrestling man, dem vs. rep. fake arguing, meanwhile they all spend big. the dems are just nicer. hence good cop bad cop.

  • @Tnoy34rt obama is exact same as bush. bush = bad cop obama = good cop

  • @Tnoy34rt are you ok with that? them deciding without us? none of the things that got him voted are done yet. not that this was ever a democracy, a republic to start, but never a democracy. now the government just does what they want, and we say wow look at all the things they are doing, they must love us. how can you trust someone who still uses 9/11 to justify iraq?

  • DAMN YOU RON! and your logic.

  • and the new law doesn't "force" you to buy anything, you always have the "option" of paying the additional tax to cover your expenses once you get sick.

    .

no, jail time would never happen, so don't be sensationalistic.

    .

the new healthcare law saves us $1.3 Trillion over the old law, so why are you also against saving money? you make no sense...

  • @tnoyy34rt The Constitution gives the federal government the power to regulate interstate commerce. It does not, however, give it the power to *force* you to engage in commerce. The government does not have the right to *force* you to buy health insurance if you don't have it. Using *force* to make you buy insurance is an assault on essential liberty. (Force = Fines or jail if you refuse to pay.) The consequences of Obamacare are too extensive for a YT comment box. Keep drinkin' that kool-aid!

  • but nobody is suggesting taking away any of our liberty. the healthcare law gives us MORE liberty, not less don't forget. the law reduces spending by $1.3 Trillion, so it once again shows how frual Obama is... Congrats America for finally having a TRUE leader!

Yes, we need to get the BIG SPENDING Republicans OUT of office, join the fight!

  • @maciindrew "Obama just passed Health Care, bringing the USA up to modern health standards, so the PRIZE was foretelling."

People who take away your liberty don't deserve a prize. Nor do people who pass/sign in to law massive spending bills with no real hope of being able to pay for them. They deserve to be run out of office. Which is what I hope to see starting this autumn.
