Laos Tourism Interview - ATF 2012 - HD

Interview with Mr Saly Phimphinith Director-General Tourism Marketing Department Laos at ASEAN Tourism Forum 2012 in Manado, Indonesia. In this HD video interview, Mr Phimphinith tells us about his plans for ATF 2013 which will take place in Vientiane in January 2013. He gives us a little info about the new convention centre, when it will open, how many rooms are currently open in the city and how many are opening this year, and whether that number of rooms is sufficient to properly handle the ATF 2013. He also tells us a little about the visitor arrival numbers from 2011, objectives for 2012 and how Lao Airlines' new flights between Vientiane and Singapore will boost numbers. We also discuss a little about the pre and post-mart tours, plus much, much more.

good interview but Saly needed to improve his knowledge about popular destinations for tourists including informations about transportations/hotels/ and other accommodations. Laos will be the next growing tourists in southeast asia.. Education is needed fast in Laos to provide the assistances for the tourists need.
