So... You're "scared to death of surgery" but not scared to death of hot dogs, brownies, fried chicken, donut burgers, etc...?
btw, I like all those things, but am 6'2" and weigh 220#. I hate exercise and love eating.

good job so far, keep going, we wouldn't want to let you die prematurely you have to much to give to the world. Hey all you have to do is remove the simple carbs and lower the total amount of complex carbs. But you dont need to run just try walking for 30min. for 3 to 4 days a week.

Yo bro, just eat 2 sandwitches with cheese or meat chickenfilet. in the morning in the Afternoon eat 2 sandwitches to with cheese or sandwitch meet and in the evening your evening meal , whisely is some vegetables with meat and potatoes or potato slices and train

raw vegan, make smoothies and fresh vegetable juice every day and do a little walking, as much as you are comfortable with.

Surgery can be a scary thing ... I am about to have gastric bypass ... the thing is is that you have to do what you have to do to make yourself feel better ... and if surgery is the way to go then go for it ... your doctor isnt going to put you in harms way.

eat less and drink water rather than coke of pepsi and you will lose weight.
Change your diet just a little bit by subsitution instead of eating potato chips, eat celery (it actually uses more calories to digest it than you get from it.

Loosing weight could be very mathematical and scientific. Get professional advise from dietitian, count your calories each day and do some light exercise. It is a struggle until you get used to it. Once you make it a habit you'll be a winner!
