The one with white hair and in red is called Feil (Tinman) he's the main character. The other guy in yellow is Leon (The Lion) and the woman in blue is Almeira (Scarecrow) the game revolves around Feil trying to find his sister Dorothy and save her from the gods.

this came out in europe you can get an english verison from the UK but if you live in the states youll need to mod your ps2

It's pretty difficult to find information about it... It's available in English, Pal version only. :/ Konami of America decided not to release the game for some obscure reason.

Sorry, I have no idéa where to find any information about this game.
Konami does not seem to care to much about making an english page for this game. Its a shame since its pretty good.

Basicly Feil wakes up and teh others were worried about him then eventually they have to transform power rangers style to oz lion oz scarecrow and oz tinman but feil is really confused about whats going on while teh other two seem liek this is the norm. you can unlock this mode in teh game but i have yet to.

Yeah, that much I know. My friend had completed this game to 100%. At least what we know. And he got this mode, so I know now.
