He's not overly sensitive...he's a normal person. All of the other people on the show are the abnormal ones. They're great for radio but they are far from normal to put up with some of the stuff they go through on the air.

howard is so sick,and all these assholes out here think they are better than him.he had me die laughing in less than a minute.there is not another radio person who can do that!!!learn from stern!!!!
