bad ending. he keeps trying to run so the police should have simply emptied their clips into the drivers door. he put 100s of people at risk while running expecially with the hood like that.
he should have had a 1 way trip to meet his maker. also, if he left any money in his will, it should be used to pay for the bullets and fuel used to stop him.
