  • Christianity is a terrible religion!

  • No, its not a fact . I have studied the europian history and come to the simple concusion, that when people where just too in to their religion, they didn't develope allmoast at all. That period is called the Dark ages. For your religion central europe where in flames for 200 years. And when people snap out of it and began to reinvent the old ideas of the free minded philosophers, the renesanse came to be. It was despite your religion western culture manage to advanse that much.

  • Don't you already have a martyr?

  • Bullying and/or ridiculing religious people seems to be the order of the day in most of Dawkins' talks i've seen here on YouTube. I personally do not expect to be bullied into ditching my beliefs; I am however expected to be ridiculed for holding them.

  • One can be an atheist without believing that abortion is an ethical choice. You should be cautious in voicing such all-inclusive statements.

  • True religion DID held moral values in the past as it is holding them today. But ... 2000 years ago the wirld was different , people know nothing better. So in my opinion today we can be moral and genorous, and kind not because we fear the invisible man but bacause it feels right. And some times I am . So you are right, one needs to be taught to be good but thats not only in the domain of religion. Now we know better than that. And there is no need to base your moral on 2k year old book.

  • I am going to be a bit cheap here.. but you ask for it . So you are trying to tell be that if you didn't belive in god you wont feel the need to be genorous ??? If your anser is yes.... then you have never been genorous in the first place. Yes I agree that religion tend for its followers but to do good because you want the invisible man to pat you on the shoulder... heh. When I'm generous its because it feels right. And people that are selfish will stay that way no meter of their religion.
