GEOTAB: Custom Dashboard Reports - Assign and Email

One of the most powerful yet simple tools offered by Geotab technology are our flexible dashboard reports. There are over 30 standard reports and each can be shown graphically when you log into your software or they can be scheduled for email delivery. To setup dashboards and automatic email delivery of reports, go to MyReports under the Administration tab of the software. As you create reports for delivery or display, your list will grow. The basic software includes some default dashboards to get you started.
Choose a report and click the Assign & Email tab on the toolbar. If you've created a chart that you'd like to see when you log in, check the dashboard box and select how often you'd like to see your chart refresh on the screen. You can choose to have data refreshed hourly, daily or simply summarize activity for last week or month. You can also choose to have any report emailed to you on a routine basis. This is a great option for staff who want to see the results but don't always have user log in access to the software.
Simply Select the Email option and how frequently you'd like the system to generate the email. Everyone in the assigned group for the report will receive the scheduled email. Consider emailing your fleet group of all vehicles with maintenance priority issues daily or your sales group a detailed weekly call report or personal vs business mileage log.
