Gee Haw training

At one of my training areas, we have to loop around the same route several times to get more mileage. Some dogs are ok with turning away from the truck and doing another loop around, but some just don't like it and can't wrap their heads around the fact we are turning away from the truck which is the end of the run and water, biscuits, pets, etc.

Looking for suggestions on teaching Gee/Haw to newbs without any seasoned dogs on the team- I'm too far out to use friends' dogs to incorporate in the training. Suggestions are desperately needed!
