Benjamin Maruder "maudy" and Mac1 USFT Hunter: Sound comparo

Sound comparison of my new Benjamin Marauder #26 and my new Mac1 USFT Hunter #34. Yes each rifle is serialized. The Maudy as I like to call it, shoots 850 fps with 22 caliber 16.9 grain JSB Jumbos with the factory settings (I can crank up the hammer spring, the stroke and/or the valve) to increase or decrease velocity. I am one of the first 100 to own the new Maudy and it's serial number 0026.
The USFT is a completely hand-made custom pellet gun that shoots at 890 fps. It's highly accurate and can shoot a group of 12 shots within the diameter of a US dime. There are less than 40 USFT Hunters in the World (as of this video).

How did the rifle look when you took it out of the box?How did the wood look?What were the metal surfaces like the Bluing?Thanks

The wood was very good. A little soft and can be marred very easily. There is no bluing on the Maruader it's all anodized black.

Hello Sir does the Marauder have metal posts for the sling swivels already mounted in the stock i couldn't really see it in the video?

Yes they are already installed on both ends of the stock. I'll see if I can make another video with the macro function enabled.

my Sony HD camcorder doesn't have a manual override for the sound recording level.

I have a Panasonic DVX100 "porn cam" that I will use where I can fix the audio input level as well as shoot with the camera at a 5 foot distance from the guns. I will also use shoot with my moderated TalonSS (also 22 caliber). Hopefully, I will find time to do so this weekend!

damn i need a marauder,have the money ,just cant mentally justify spending 700 yet. they need to either do a combo with the pump or combo with the scuba,foster adapters.either or would be gr8,wanna get the new .25 but waiting to see review. great vid,nice guns
