NC Med Marijuana Act 1380 Health Comm Hearing - pt 2

June 18, 2009 - The NC General Assembly's House Committee on Health holds 1st hearing on HB 1380 - The North Carolina Medical Marijuana Act.
In part 2, Rep. Jones refers to the "legal" patients that recieve medical Cannabis (marijuana) grown by the U.S. government and processed in North Carolina.

Who is the jerk in the beige suit & navy tie who keeps laughing? (Just to the left of Rep. Jones) I wonder how much he'd laugh if he lived with the severe chronic pain & other horrendous symptoms that I do every day, and without relief as I do. I wish I knew his name.

That gentleman is Rep. Neumann from Mecklenburg County. He has been overheard in the halls of the General Assembly making rude comments about this legislation, but We Do Not Think the Sick & Suffering Patients in his district think it is funny, nor do we. It is amazing how many of these "so-called" representatives would think it funny if they were suffering like the patients in their district. Shame on you, Rep. Neumann.

This guy is front of a panel of highly educated white people. No wonder why it did not pass. We need to fight back with an educated white person arguing these points. Somebody please help us. What about that ex-judge from California? He is pro-medicinal marijuana and a great litigater. Why are dillay dalling around with this as medicinal? Lets go for the jugular and pass it for recreation use. Do we use alcohol for medicinal use or recreation?
