White House Telephone
President Richard Nixon talks with White House Chief of Staff H.R. "Bob" Haldeman about upcoming second-term appointments and about National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger's mental health. In the second part of the conversation, Haldeman relates Alexander Haig's perception of his boss Henry Kissinger's mental state, saying that he is paranoid and needs to see a doctor.
(A short section toward the end of the conversation was beeped out by NARA censors as "personal.")

Henry Kissinger had/has an overwhelming inferiority complex. To the point of perversion. I personally would have sent him on vacation, permenantly.
