What are you In-tune With?

I believe that we are all in-tune with something. Whether it's with Nature or eating doritos and watching Television, we're deeply connected with something. But deep within us, lies a pain, discomfort, and a little voice that just doesn't allow us to rest easy. I call this "Out of Tune". Become aware of what you're in-tune and out of tune with. Make adjustments as necessary. Spend some time alone and allow your feelings to rise to the surface. If you want to connect with Nature, then simple allow it. If you want to disconnect from the Television, anger, and unhealthy eating habits, then allow it.

I defintely connected with that....what I've learned...and am continuing to accept is that when I'm trying, a lot of the time its because I hate the place where I am at and what to change it so much its painful....but when I'm allowing, I'm accepting where I'm at and the change happens with little effort or thought and with tons of grace. Heaps of times I resist this but Im learning more and more :)
