Negative sir that system of levels of training and school was brought into cuba by the soviet union...i started wrestling greco-roman in a neighborhood gym, wento E.S.P.A and the to cerro pelado.......

Almost in every neighborhood in Cuba you have youth centers either with weightlifting, gymnastic,and most popular boxing,yudo,wrestling you go to tournaments all the time and depending of how good you are they'll send you to a higher level of school to compete national and international, that system that cuba has got it from the chinese, i was in one of those schools.
