Her book is also pretty good, also titled "The End of America." It's short, cheap, and extremely relevant. Ron Paul's been the only one to introduce the American Freedom Agenda into Congress. Let's see how many of our representatives vote yes on Patriot Act and Military Commissions Act and no on American Freedom. That'll tell you who's in charge now.

Either one supports the Constitution or an extra-constitutional executive dictatorship . . .
I've written to my Rep asking him to support H. R. 3835, The American Freedom Agenda Act of 2007 which, if passed, would "restore the Constitution's checks and balances and protections against government abuses as envisioned by the Founding Fathers."
Please, write your Rep and ask them to co-sponsors the AFA or provide a formal statement explaining why it is supposedly unworthy of support.

She's right America is becoming a Fascist State, but its coming from the Left not the Right. Our Universities are primarily left to far left, Conservatives who do occasionally try to speak at such Universities are shouted down or have pies thrown at them. Public Schools undermine the Rights and Authorities of Parents and California just outlawed Home Schooling. Hate Speech laws will Persecute Christians. Its the Left that imposes legislation through the courts rather then Senate/Congress.

For what it's worth, I have written to my Congressman regarding the American Freedom Agenda Act. What I got back was a form letter. I really don't think the reps even know what their constituents want. They have staffers "process" letters and emails. They themselves never see them.

The "fascist shift" is already here. Any such legislation still has get past the president. This congress has shown no spine whatsoever. The very word "veto" seems to cow them. Do you really believe that such a bill, once vetoed by the president, has the remotest chance of being passed over his veto? Not by this congress. And I fear that there may not be another congress in the future. It's already too late.

If this congress will not pass it, vote them out. When I contact my representatives about it, I tell them I am a voter in their district. I tell them that it's a deal breaker for me. If they do not support it, I will vote for, work for, and contribute money to their next opponent, whoever it may be.
