Ukraine's President Yanukovitch wants the proposed South Stream gas pipeline
to pass through his country instead of the Black Sea.
He said it would make the project to supply Russian gas to Europe five times cheaper.
The Russian giant Gazprom immediately rejected the idea.
Yanukovitch is to visit Moscow next month for talks on their dispute over gas prices....

Now the only people at risk of a gas dispute are the lesser tribes of the Balkans while we sit in heated comfort and enjoy another round of geopolitics with Russia.
