Last time Jason was voted off. James' finger is bad and if its not better by morning he'll need surgery. Alexis hurt her knee. Reward Challenge - answer survey and majority rules. You have three ropes keeping your statue from being smashed . Whoever gets a question right cuts a rope - last one standing wins reward. Its family day! Parvati is out 1st. Cirie is the deciding cut between Amanda & Alexis. She chooses Alexis. Alexis chooses Cirie & Natalie and their family members to go to Jellyfish Lake to swim with the non-stinging jellyfish. Amanda is sent to exile. She finds the location of the idol. Parvati & Natalie want Amanda gone. Immunity Challenge - Break Sake bottles with a high powered rifle. First to break their 3 wins. Erik wins immunity. Amanda empties her bag to prove she doesn't have the idol - not yet anyway. Erik tells Amanda she's going. Tribal Council - James joins the jury with an IV. Amanda calls out Erik. Everyone votes for Amanda except Parvati. Amanda plays the idol & sends home Alexis. Its the 3rd blindside in a row!
Next time everyone wants to make a deal with Erik. Natalie wants to bitch-slap him.

Normally, I put my own comment up, but I've gotta agree with you. You make an excellent point about the level of game play here. Amanda did something really big last night, at just the right time. Cirie's strategy is the same as it ever was, with her flip flopping quietly and without too much noise. If you notice, they almost always named the episodes after James's lines. Last night's came from the reward challenge when he told one of the girls, "I'll fix you..."

In the cave, Parvati never said she can't beat Amanda and to vote her off. It was Natalie and Alexis who brought it up. Parvati told them she couldn't vote for her and be apart of it. (this was while Amanda was on exile island, prior to hidden immunity)

Great recap and episode. I'll miss James. I think Amanda has out played, out lasted and out witted and deserves to win.  Cirie has not played the same level of game as that. And Natalie is down right scary!
