A Quick Workout to Get a Flat Stomach

Instructions

Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, with 10 seconds of rest. Alternate between the 2 exercises for 4 rounds each.

Perform 3x per week.

The Quick Workout Program

DB Push Press for 20 sec
Rest for 10 sec
DB Squats for 20 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
4 rounds of each

  • You'll get used to it easily, trust me.

    I may be only 17 but doing this when I was younger, (with of course lighter weight) it was pretty smooth after the first few days of working out like this. As of now, i'm following Scott's excersizes because they are very accurate and I have to start working out again :]

  • Hi there. Thanks for the question.  I used 20 pound dumbbells in this video. Actually before I shot the video I did my actual workout and one of the things I did was the DB push press, 20 sec of work, 10 sec rest for 8 straight rounds (4 minutes). Those 20 pounders got pretty heavy by the end. : )
