I had the pleasure of working with this amazing Greyhound for a whole year wen he was at his best :) they paid £2000 for this dog n he broke track records n competed in Class categorie 1 competitions he won the Pall Mall!!!He was Legend in his own right on retirement he had nothing left to prove to us or his owners or the public.Loved a cuddle before we put him to bed at night.RIP Tim gone but never forgotten little man xxxxxxxx

You are actually wrong. It is not poor greyhound. They love racing. I have 2 rescued racers, they are now 9 years old and still love sprinting at the park. I agree the way they are often treated at tracks is bad, but not the actual racing.

I totally agree with you. I think greyhound races is way much cooler than horsetrotting and galopp, for example. But unfortunately the dogs isn't always well treated, and that's sad when people think of the money and sports before the animals.
